Tree bounty payment records, 1882-1915.

Registers of tree bounty payments, 1883-1915 (4 volumes), to persons who fulfilled the statutory requirements for planting and nurturing trees on prairie lands. Each entry gives name, legal description of land (range, township, section, subdivision), number of acres, and annual record of payment received. They are supplemented by a folder of sample bounty application forms (1882).
